These 3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies are quick, easy, and incredibly delicious! Made with peanut butter, sugar, and chocolate chips, they’re soft, chewy, and perfect for satisfying your cookie cravings in under 20 minutes. No mixer or flour needed — just simple, sweet bliss.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
  • ½ cup sugar granulated or brown
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Swap peanut butter for almond or cashew butter

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 – Preheat and Prep
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2 – Mix the Dough
  • Combine peanut butter and sugar in a bowl. Stir until smooth and thick.
  • Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  • Step 3 – Shape the Cookies
  • Scoop ~1 tablespoon of dough per cookie. Roll into balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Press lightly with a fork to flatten and create a crisscross pattern.
  • Step 4 – Bake
  • Bake 8–10 minutes, until edges turn golden.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Use creamy peanut butter (not natural or oily) for best results.
  • Avoid overbaking — cookies continue to cook slightly as they cool.
  • Sprinkle a tiny bit of sea salt on top for a bakery-style finish.
  • Dough can be frozen and baked later — add 2 extra minutes to baking time.
