Instructions
 

  • Prep the Chicken:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat a skillet for stovetop cooking.
  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels to help the glaze stick evenly.
  • Make the Glaze:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together orange marmalade and soy sauce until smooth.
  • Add optional garlic, ginger, or chili flakes for more flavor depth.
  • Cook the Chicken (Choose One Method):
  • Oven Method:
  • Place chicken in a baking dish and pour glaze evenly over each piece.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, basting once or twice, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the glaze turns thick and sticky.
  • Stovetop Method:
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  • Lower heat to medium, pour in glaze, and simmer until chicken is cooked through and coated with a glossy sauce.
