Ingredients
  

  • Wet Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 large apple peeled and diced
  • ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts raisins, or chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 – Preheat Oven
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Step 2 – Mix Wet Ingredients
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add the eggs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  • Step 3 – Combine Dry Ingredients
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Step 4 – Make the Batter
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined, then fold in diced apples and any optional add-ins.
  • Step 5 – Bake
  • Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Step 6 – Cool and Serve
  • Let the loaf rest in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Slice, serve warm, and enjoy.

  • Use overripe bananas for maximum sweetness and moisture.
  • Don’t overmix the batter — it keeps the bread soft.
