These apple cinnamon fruit roll-ups are a healthy, naturally sweet snack made with real apples and warm cinnamon. Easy to make and perfect for kids or meal prep, this homemade fruit leather is a delicious alternative to store-bought snacks.

- 4 –5 medium apples peeled, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Optional: 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add chopped apples and lemon juice to a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes until soft.
Blend or mash into a smooth puree.
Stir in cinnamon (and sweetener if needed).
Spread puree evenly on the baking sheet (about 1/8-inch thick).
Bake for 2–3 hours until dry but flexible.
Let cool completely.
Peel off parchment, cut into strips, and roll up.
