Instructions

  • Spoon the mixture into jars and press down to form the crust layer.
  • In a blender, combine avocados, lime juice, maple syrup, coconut cream, and lime zest. Blend until smooth.
  • Spoon the filling over the crust and smooth the tops.
  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
  • Add toppings like whipped coconut cream, lime slices, or extra crumbs before serving.
