- 1 pound fresh salmon skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1½ tablespoons cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Bang Bang Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 –2 tablespoons sriracha to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Optional garnish: sliced green onions sesame seeds
Prep
