  • 1 banana
  • ¾ –1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional

  • Flaxseeds
  • Protein powder
  • Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Add berries, cottage cheese, banana, milk, sweetener (if using), and vanilla into a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more milk if needed.
