Ingredients

  • ½ cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
  • 1 –2 tablespoons milk
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • White chocolate chips
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract
  • For Coating:
  • Crushed Biscoff cookies
  • Melted white chocolate
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix crushed Biscoff cookies, cream cheese, protein powder, and Biscoff spread until combined.
  • Add milk gradually until the mixture is soft and easy to roll.
  • Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Coat with crushed cookies, cocoa powder, or drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  • Serve chilled for best texture.
