  • A pinch of salt
  • A few drops blue food coloring

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl combine:
  • Heavy cream
  • Whole milk
  • Granulated sugar
  • Whisk until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add the following ingredients:
  • Vanilla extract
  • Almond extract
  • Lemon extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Stir until everything is evenly combined.
  • Add a few drops of blue food coloring and mix until the mixture becomes a bright blue color.
  • Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour for best results.
  • Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker.
  • Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (usually 20–25 minutes) until the texture becomes thick and creamy like soft-serve ice cream.
  • Transfer the churned ice cream into a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm.
  • Scoop and serve with optional toppings like sprinkles or waffle cone pieces.
