  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings
  • Granola
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds
  • Sliced almonds
  • Nut butter drizzle
  • Dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen blueberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk (or oat milk), honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture becomes smooth, thick, and creamy.
  • If the blender struggles, add a small splash of milk, but keep the mixture thick.
  • Pour the smoothie mixture into a serving bowl.
  • Arrange toppings such as granola, fresh blueberries, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and sliced almonds on top.
