  • Core the apples and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced apples, sliced red onion, nuts, and dried fruits. If you’re adding cheese, toss it in at this stage too.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

Serving
