Ingredients
  

  • For 2–3 servings:
  • 1 –2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded crab or imitation crab
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber diced
  • 2 nori sheets thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Optional Add-Ons:
  • Pickled ginger
  • Spicy mayo
  • Julienned carrots
  • Shelled edamame
  • Green onions

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Rice
  • Rinse rice until the water runs clear.
  • Cook rice according to package instructions.
  • Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the rice. Let it cool slightly.
  • Step 2: Prep Vegetables and Crab
  • Dice avocado and cucumber.
  • Shred or slice crab.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Bowl
  • Layer rice at the bottom of a bowl.
  • Arrange avocado, cucumber, and crab on top.
  • Step 4: Add Toppings & Sauces
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and nori strips.
  • Drizzle with soy sauce, spicy mayo, or your preferred sushi sauce.
  • Step 5: Serve
  • Garnish with pickled ginger or a squeeze of lime if desired.
  • Enjoy immediately for the best texture and freshness.
