Ingredients

  • 1 –1½ lbs chicken breast or thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper
  • For the wraps:
  • Naan bread
  • ½ –1 cup hummus
  • Fresh toppings:
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Lettuce or spinach
  • Red onion
  • Optional additions:
  • Feta cheese
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh herbs parsley or cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook on a grill or skillet until fully cooked, then let rest and slice.
  • Warm the naan bread in a skillet or oven until soft and flexible.

  • Fold or roll the naan into wraps and serve immediately.
