- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend
- 1 small onion finely chopped

- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Tip: Warm tortillas for a few seconds in the microwave or on a skillet to prevent cracking when rolling.
Step 1 — Prepare the Chicken Filling
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with cheese, onions, garlic, bell pepper, and spices.
Step 2 — Roll the Taquitos
Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on a tortilla. Roll tightly from one end to the other.
Secure with a toothpick if needed.
