Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt-peanut butter mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming an even layer.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, along with any other desired toppings.

Freezing

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it set for at least 2-3 hours or until completely firm.
  • Once frozen, remove from the freezer, and lift the bark out by the edges of the parchment paper.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to mix well and fully freeze for the best texture. Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge or freeze for up to three months.
