  • 1 –2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional

  • Flaxseeds
  • Protein powder
  • Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Add raspberries, avocado, banana, milk, cocoa powder, sweetener (if using), and vanilla into a blender.
