Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced and dried
  • ½ cup yogurt Greek, regular, or dairy-free
  • ½ cup chocolate dark, milk, or white, melted
  • Optional Add-Ins & Toppings
  • Honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness
  • Granola chopped nuts, or coconut flakes
  • Sea salt chocolate shavings, or freeze-dried berries
  • 💡 Tip: Use plant-based yogurt and vegan chocolate for a dairy-free version.

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 – Prepare the Strawberries
  • Wash and dice the strawberries into small, uniform pieces. Pat dry completely to prevent watery clusters.
  • Step 2 – Mix with Yogurt
  • Combine strawberries with yogurt in a bowl. Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Step 3 – Scoop and Freeze
  • Line a tray with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the strawberry-yogurt mixture onto the tray. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
  • Step 4 – Dip in Chocolate
  • Melt chocolate slowly using a microwave or double boiler. Dip frozen clusters into chocolate until coated. Return to the tray, and sprinkle with toppings or a pinch of sea salt. Freeze for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Step 5 – Serve
  • Let clusters sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before enjoying to allow the chocolate to soften slightly.
