Instructions
 

  • Prep Ingredients
  • Freeze bananas at least 4 hours ahead (overnight is best).
  • Measure all ingredients before blending.
  • Blend
  • Add frozen bananas, milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Stop and scrape down sides as needed.
  • Adjust Consistency
  • If too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time.
  • If too thin, add more frozen banana.
  • Serve
  • Spoon into bowls immediately.
  • Add toppings of choice.
  • Serve right away for best texture.
