Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic.
  • Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes.
  • Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it.
  • Simmer for 2–3 minutes to combine flavors.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

  • Pound chicken for even cooking.
