Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread or Italian bread
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat lump or imitation
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2–3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice or hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Slice loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Hollow out some of the center to make room for filling.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice or hot sauce.
  • Gently fold in chopped shrimp and crab meat.
  • Spread filling evenly into hollowed bread halves.
  • Brush melted butter over edges of bread.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until filling is hot and bubbly and top is golden.
  • Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.

  • Use canned crab meat if fresh isn’t available (drain well before using).
