- Puff pastry sheets thawed if frozen
- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup chopped and cooked spinach fresh or frozen, well-drained
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 egg beaten, for egg wash
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cooked spinach, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3x3-inch squares.
Spoon filling into the center of each square.
Fold into a triangle or gather corners to center; seal edges.
