Ingredients
  

  • Puff pastry sheets thawed if frozen
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup chopped and cooked spinach fresh or frozen, well-drained
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cooked spinach, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3x3-inch squares.
  • Spoon filling into the center of each square.
  • Fold into a triangle or gather corners to center; seal edges.
  • Brush tops with beaten egg.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  • Serve warm or cool.

Notes

  • Make sure to thoroughly drain spinach to avoid soggy pastry.
  • Add cooked chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, or substitute feta for variety.
  • Can be frozen before or after baking. Reheat at 350°F for 5–7 minutes.
  • Use low-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
