Lasagna Components

  • 12 sheets Lasagna Noodles Use either fresh or dry.

Seafood

  • 1 cup Lobster Meat Fresh or pre-cooked.
  • 1 pound Shrimp Large, peeled and deveined.

Creamy Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream For a luxuriously smooth sauce.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh, minced for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, layered throughout the dish.
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese Adds creaminess and richness.
  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh or frozen, for added nutrients.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For sautéing garlic and creating the sauce.
  • to taste Salt & Pepper For seasoning.

Preparation

  • Start by prepping all your ingredients and chopping your garlic. If using fresh spinach, rinse and chop it roughly.

Cooking Shrimp

  • In a skillet, melt some butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  • Then add the shrimp and sauté for about 3–4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Making the Creamy Sauce

  • In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the remaining garlic butter. Slowly whisk in half of the grated Parmesan.
  • Reduce the heat to low, add the cooked lobster meat, and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Combining Cheeses

  • In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, remaining Parmesan, spinach, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Combine until smooth.

Layering the Lasagna

  • In a baking dish, spread a layer of the creamy garlic sauce.
  • Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top, followed by a portion of the cheese mixture, and a layer of the shrimp.
  • Repeat the process: sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, and shrimp, making sure to finish with a layer of sauce on top.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Let the lasagna sit for about 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with a bit more sauce if desired and serve with a fresh salad.

Notes

For perfection, use quality ingredients, avoid overcooking the seafood, and consider making this dish a day in advance. Store leftovers properly and reheat carefully.
