- 1 lb 450 g mushrooms (Cremini or Baby Bella), cleaned and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 –4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs thyme, oregano, or basil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional Add-Ons:
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Sauté the Mushrooms
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms in batches to avoid crowding. Cook until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes per batch.
