These Crispy Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes are golden, seasoned, and perfectly crunchy outside with a fluffy center. Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium potatoes Yukon Gold or Russet
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional Add-Ons:
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes for heat
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Prep Potatoes: Wash, peel (optional), and dice into ½-inch cubes for even cooking.
  • Soak & Dry: Soak potatoes in cold water for 25 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry with a clean towel.
  • Season: Toss potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Air Fry:
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place potatoes in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
  • Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  • Serve: Transfer to a plate, garnish with parsley, and enjoy hot with eggs or toast.

Notes

  • Cut evenly: Ensures all pieces cook and crisp up at the same time.
  • Dry well: Moisture prevents crispiness — make sure potatoes are dry before air frying.
  • Don’t overcrowd: Give potatoes space in the basket for perfect browning.
  • Serve immediately: They’re best enjoyed right out of the air fryer!
