Ingredients
Salmon:

lb
450 g salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
Pat dry before coating
Honey Garlic Glaze:
2
tbsp
honey
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
tbsp
soy sauce
Optional: 1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp ginger, pinch of chili flakes
Coating:
2
tbsp
cornstarch or flour
Optional: Panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
Garnishes:
Sesame seeds
Chopped green onions or parsley
Instructions
Prepare Salmon:
Cut salmon into even bite-sized pieces.
Pat dry to ensure crispiness.
Make Honey Garlic Sauce:
Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and optional ingredients until smooth.
Coat & Air Fry:
Lightly toss salmon in cornstarch or flour.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place salmon in a single layer; cook 8–10 min, shaking halfway.
Glaze & Serve:
Toss or brush cooked salmon with honey garlic glaze.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Avoid Soggy Salmon:
Pat dry and don’t overcrowd the basket.
Extra Crunch:
Use panko breadcrumbs or almond flour.
Spicy Version:
Add sriracha or chili flakes to glaze.
Serving Ideas:
Serve with rice, quinoa, veggies, or as a salad topping.
Storage:
Refrigerate leftovers up to 2 days; reheat in air fryer 2–3 min.
