In a bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well combined.
Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Lightly wet the wrapper edges with water, fold into triangles, and press tightly to seal. Optional: fold corners inward for extra crunch.
