Ingredients
  

  • 6 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or light cooking spray
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Optional Flavors:

  • Lime juice or zest for a tangy finish
  • Cinnamon and sugar for a sweet version

Instructions
 

  • Cut Tortillas:
  • Stack tortillas and cut each into 6–8 even wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  • Lightly Oil:
  • Brush or spray both sides with olive oil — just enough to help them crisp up.
  • Season:
  • Sprinkle salt evenly on both sides. Add any spices or seasonings you like.
  • Air Fry:
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 5–7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Cool and Serve:
  • Let chips cool for a few minutes — they’ll crisp up even more as they cool. Enjoy with salsa, guacamole, or your favorite dip!
