Ingredients
  

  • For the Cheesecake Base:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs
  • 1 –2 tbsp heavy cream optional, for creaminess
  • For the Crispy Coating:
  • 1 cup crushed crispy cereal Rice Krispies, cornflakes, etc.
  • ½ cup melted white chocolate or candy coating
  • Sprinkles optional
  • For the Cotton Candy Topping:
  • Small tufts of cotton candy for garnish, added just before serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture:
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in crushed graham crackers and optional heavy cream.
  • Chill mixture for 30 minutes for easier rolling.
  • Form the Cheesecake Balls:
  • Scoop and roll chilled mixture into bite-sized balls.
  • Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Coat with Chocolate and Cereal:
  • Melt white chocolate or candy coating until smooth.
  • Dip each cheesecake ball into chocolate, then roll in crushed cereal.
  • Let set on parchment paper until coating hardens.
  • Add Cotton Candy Topping:
  • Just before serving, wrap a small tuft of cotton candy around each ball.
  • Serve immediately for best presentation.

Notes

  • Keep the mixture chilled to help the balls hold their shape.
  • Add cotton candy at the last minute to prevent melting.
  • Experiment with flavors: strawberry, blueberry, or caramel cotton candy.
  • Use edible glitter or colorful sprinkles for extra festive flair.
