- For the Cheesecake Base:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs
- 1 –2 tbsp heavy cream optional, for creaminess
- For the Crispy Coating:
- 1 cup crushed crispy cereal Rice Krispies, cornflakes, etc.
- ½ cup melted white chocolate or candy coating
- Sprinkles optional
- For the Cotton Candy Topping:
- Small tufts of cotton candy for garnish, added just before serving
Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in crushed graham crackers and optional heavy cream.
Chill mixture for 30 minutes for easier rolling.
Form the Cheesecake Balls:
Scoop and roll chilled mixture into bite-sized balls.
Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 20 minutes.
Coat with Chocolate and Cereal:
Melt white chocolate or candy coating until smooth.
Dip each cheesecake ball into chocolate, then roll in crushed cereal.
Let set on parchment paper until coating hardens.
Add Cotton Candy Topping:
