- 2 lbs sirloin steak or stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp onion powder optional
- Fresh parsley for garnish, optional
Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and onion powder if using.
