- For the chicken:
- 1½ –2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
- For the marinade:
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Black pepper to taste
- Optional additions:
- Fresh dill
- Lemon juice
- Hot sauce
Place the chicken in a bowl or zip-top bag and pour pickle juice over it. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (up to 8 hours).
Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
