- 1 cup frozen dragonfruit pitaya
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup strawberries or mango
- 1 cup milk or coconut water
- ½ cup yogurt optional
- 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional

- Protein powder
- Spinach
