- 2–3 firm apples Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar or substitute like coconut sugar, monk fruit, etc.
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray or light oil
- Optional: Caramel sauce yogurt dip, chocolate ganache, whipped cream
Prep the Apples: Wash and dry apples. Peel if preferred. Slice into fry-like sticks.
Make the Coating: In a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Coat the Apples: Lightly mist apple sticks with oil. Toss them in the cinnamon sugar mix until well coated.
Air Fry: Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
