Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup nuts pine nuts, walnuts, or almonds
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: fresh basil
  • Optional: red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Peel and pit avocado, then cut into chunks.
