- Main Ingredients:
- 3–4 fresh eggs
- 1 block feta cheese crumbled or whole, in brine preferred
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
- Optional Add-Ons:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- A handful of spinach or kale
- ½ cup chopped bell peppers or onions
- Fresh herbs: parsley dill, or basil
- Crusty bread or pita for serving
Prepare the Dish
