Ingredients
  

  • Main Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie works best
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce like Frank’s RedHot
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Sliced green onions
  • Crumbled blue cheese
  • Drizzle of buffalo or ranch sauce

Instructions
 

  • Oven Method:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
  • Add shredded chicken and half the cheese, stirring to combine.
  • Spread into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with green onions or a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
  • Slow Cooker Method:
  • Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  • Cook on Low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Keep on “Warm” during serving.
  • Stovetop Method:
  • Melt cream cheese with buffalo sauce over medium heat.
  • Stir in chicken, ranch, and cheese until creamy and hot.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Soften cream cheese to avoid lumps.
  • Mix cheddar + mozzarella for perfect gooey texture.
  • Adjust spice by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
  • Don’t overbake — you want it creamy, not dry!
