- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- Seasonings:
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
