- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 8 oz block cream cheese, cubed
- 1 15 oz can corn, drained
- 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 10 oz can Rotel or salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Optional Add-Ins
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 jalapeño chopped (for heat)
- Fresh cilantro or lime juice for garnish
1️⃣ Prep the Ingredients
Drain the corn and black beans, cube the cream cheese, and trim the chicken breasts.
2️⃣ Layer in the Slow Cooker
Place chicken at the bottom of your slow cooker. Add corn, black beans, salsa (or Rotel), taco seasoning, and cream cheese on top. Don’t stir.
