- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 10 Golden Oreos or shortbread cookies roughly crushed
- Optional Add-Ins:
- ½ cup pink or red candy melts for extra color

Make Strawberry Coating:
In a separate bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix (or crushed freeze-dried strawberries) with the powdered sugar.
Coat Cereal:
Place Chex cereal in a large bowl. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and gently mix to coat evenly.

Transfer the coated cereal to a large zip-top bag or lidded container. Add the strawberry-powdered sugar mix. Seal and shake until fully coated.
Add Extras:
Gently stir in the crushed cookies, mini marshmallows, and sprinkles if using.
Cool & Serve:
Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving or storing.
