Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken
  • Pat chicken breasts dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  • Cook the Chicken
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • In the same skillet, add more butter if needed. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Add thyme and simmer for 3–4 minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Combine and Finish
  • Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 2 more minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature chicken for even cooking
  • Don’t overcook the chicken to keep it juicy
