Made from wholesome oats, nut butter, seeds, and natural sweeteners, these bite-sized snacks provide sustained energy, protein, and fiber—without the crash of sugary treats. - Base:
- 1 cup rolled oats or gluten-free oats
- 1 cup nut butter peanut, almond, or cashew
- Sweeteners:
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped dates or raisins
- Add-ins:
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- Superfoods optional:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs or matcha powder
Prepare Ingredients:
Chop dried fruits and nuts into small pieces.
Optional: toast oats or nuts lightly for extra flavor.
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl or food processor, combine oats, nut butter, and sweetener.
Add your chosen add-ins and superfoods.
Mix until sticky but firm enough to shape.
Shape Energy Balls:
Scoop small portions (~1–2 inches) and roll into balls.
Optional: roll in shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or crushed nuts.
Chill & Store:
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Freeze for up to 3 months.
