Ingredients
  

For the Popsicle Base

  • 2 cups limeade or green juice Can use green apple juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk For creaminess

For the Creepy Features

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate Melted, for hair
  • as needed edible eyes Store-bought or homemade

Molds and Tools

  • 1 popsicle molds Silicone molds are fun
  • 10 popsicle sticks Wooden or plastic

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine the limeade (or green juice) with coconut milk in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ full. Leave enough space for the chocolate layer.
  • Place the molds in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the popsicles are solid.

Decoration

  • Once your popsicles are solid, carefully remove them from the molds.
  • Dip the top of each popsicle into the melted dark chocolate to create the hair effect.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, stick on edible eyes to make your Frankenstein come to life!
  • Return the popsicles to the freezer for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate set.

Serving

  • Once set, your Frankenstein-themed popsicles are ready to be enjoyed at your Halloween party!

Notes

Store popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer and use parchment paper between layers to avoid sticking. These can be made a few days in advance.
