- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple chopped
- 1 cup grapes halved if large
- 2 kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1 –2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
- Optional: fresh mint chopped
Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.
Slice and chop fruit into bite-sized pieces.
Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl.
