Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups are the perfect blend of creamy, crunchy, refreshing, and naturally sweet. Ingredients
  

  • Essential Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • cups granola low-sugar or homemade preferred
  • 1 cup fresh fruit berries, banana, kiwi, mango, etc.
  • 2 –3 tbsp mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs optional
  • Optional Toppings
  • Nuts almonds, walnuts, pecans
  • Coconut flakes
  • Nut butter drizzle
  • Cinnamon or cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the molds
  • Use silicone muffin cups or paper liners to prevent sticking.
  • Press in the granola
  • Add 1–2 tablespoons of granola to the bottom of each cup and press gently to form a base.
  • Add the yogurt layer
  • Spoon yogurt over the granola and smooth the top. Add honey or vanilla if you want extra flavor.
  • Add toppings
  • Layer with fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, or any added flavors you choose.
  • Freeze
  • Place the cups in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Serve
  • Let the cups sit at room temperature for a few minutes before removing them. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Prevent sogginess: Press granola firmly and avoid stacking fruit that releases too much juice.
  • Flavor boost: Mix cinnamon, honey, or vanilla into your yogurt for added depth.
  • Easy removal: Silicone molds work best for clean, intact cups.
