Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • Grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Shrimp:
  • Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika (optional).
  • Cook Garlic:
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for ~30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Sauté Shrimp:
  • Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • Add Flavor:
  • Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and an extra pat of butter. Add wine if using and reduce briefly.
  • Serve:
  • Remove from heat. Spoon sauce over shrimp and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor avoid pre-minced.
