  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Wet ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk any kind
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red food coloring as desired
  • Optional add-ins:
  • White chocolate chips
  • Mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, combine yogurt, honey, milk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring until smooth.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Spread batter evenly into the prepared dish.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until set.
  • Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
