  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream For serving (optional).

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the butter mixture.

Grilling

  • Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until caramelized.
  • Gently flip the peaches over and grill for another 2-3 minutes.

Serving

  • Remove the peaches from the grill, let them cool slightly, and serve warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Store any leftover grilled peaches in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy cold or reheat briefly in the microwave.
