Ingredients
  

Fruits and Dairy

  • 4 pieces ripe peaches, halved and pitted Choose ripe, slightly soft peaches for best results.
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese Can substitute with cream cheese blended with a little sugar.
  • to drizzle honey Local honey is a great option.

For Grilling

  • as needed butter For brushing on peaches before grilling.

Garnish

  • a few leaves fresh mint leaves Optional, for garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Ensure grill pan is well oiled to prevent sticking.
  • Melt a bit of butter and brush it onto the cut sides of the peach halves.

Grilling

  • Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches soften slightly.
  • Flip the peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes.

Serving

  • Remove peaches from the grill and allow them to cool for a minute.
  • Place a generous dollop of mascarpone cheese on each peach half.
  • Drizzle honey over the peaches.
  • Sprinkle fresh mint leaves on top before serving.

Notes

Grilled peaches can also be served as a unique appetizer. Variations include spiced mascarpone, nut toppings, balsamic glaze, or coconut whipped cream.
