- ¼ tsp nutmeg

- Wet Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs or 2 flax eggs for vegan
- 1 cup grated carrots finely grated
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional Add-ins:
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 tbsp raisins or shredded coconut
