Ingredients

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter no added sugar or oils
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts almonds or peanuts
  • ½ banana sliced, or a handful of berries
  • ¼ cup granola for layered texture

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Base
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Layer and Add Toppings
  • Line a loaf pan or small dish with parchment paper. Pour in the yogurt mixture and spread evenly. Add any toppings like nuts, fruit, or chocolate chips.
  • Freeze
  • Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until firm enough to slice.
  • Slice and Serve
  • Lift parchment from the pan, place on a cutting board, and slice into bars. Let sit for 2–3 minutes before eating for the best texture.
