- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt full-fat recommended
- ¼ –⅓ cup honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Prepare Pan:
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
Blend Mixture:
