These Healthy Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bars are a creamy, naturally sweet frozen treat made with real strawberries and Greek yogurt. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries hulled and sliced if fresh
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt full-fat recommended
  • ¼ –⅓ cup honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Pan:
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • Blend Mixture:
  • Add strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt to a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour & Spread:
  • Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Tap pan gently on counter to remove air bubbles.
  • Freeze:
  • Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until fully firm.
  • Slice & Serve:
  • Let sit at room temperature for 3–5 minutes.
  • Lift out using parchment paper and slice into bars or squares.
  • Serve immediately.

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Freezing reduces sweetness, so slightly oversweeten before freezing if desired.
  • Store bars in an airtight container with parchment between layers.
